PUPPY all the way! Cats are too unpredicatable and I really don't want my eyes scratched out.

As steve watched his cat tap dance across the floor, he realised he should stop drinking.

I'm really not a fan of dogs. I love my cat -- she's independent, can entertain herself for hours doing apparently nothing at all, and, most importantly, doesn't have a big slobbery tongue, co-dependent personality, or dog breath. I'll never trip over her because she's bouncing around my feet wanting attention, and when she curls up with me at night she doesn't take up the whole damned bed.

It just occurred to me that I just described myself, too. Maybe that's why I like cats.

If you get puppies and kittens at the same time, they'll be best buddies. We've had several siamese cats that definitely thought they were one of the dogs. Unfortunately, mine got killed chasing cars icon_sad.gif The dogs could never understand why subsequent cats didn't want to wrestle with them.

Yeah, I'd like to get both. They can keep each other company when I'm not home. icon_lol.gif

Rawrly saidI've always liked cats better and all of my cats end up acting like dogs, literally.

My dog and cat have their wires crossed. My cat acts more like a dog, and my dog acts more like a cat (exempli gratia the cat sleeps in the dog's crate, and the dog sleeps on the head of the sofa). The cat is also about 15lbs heavier than the dog.

I'm a kitten sort of guy. Nearly year old pictures of my two little boys are in my profile; I suppose I should take more current ones now that they're essentially adult sized.

I have four dogs and two cats, but I could live the rest of my life without ever seeing another cat. But they all get on well most of the time.

Even with four dogs two cats, and two husbands, I still live in a peaceful house.icon_biggrin.gif
