No, it hasn't been officially legalized yet apart from this one couple. There is a bill that is stalled in Congress that needs to be voted on to make it official. However, the govt of Buenos Aires is not going to challenge the judge's ruling, and would like to extend this to all citizens.

Fingers crossed...I'm hopeful b/c even the conservative mayor of the capital is saying same sex marriage rights are inevitable.
