There are just some things I will not pay full price on. I will not pay full price on Lays Potato Chips, Internet chat site memberships, and any DVD movie starring Jim Carrey.

What is it that you will not pay full price on?

wool socks, athletic shoes, most antiques, but if they look good enough, I'll break the bank over a new pair of boots.

Lol, I've bought one Jim Carrey movie in my life. The Grinch Who Stole Christmas. I bought it when it first came out on DVD, we played it Christmas night and within the hour everyone in my family fell asleep watching it.

    Potato chips…Cleltic…a gate-way food…nooooooooooo!

With Ebay, Craigs list and Amazon I don’t understand why anyone is paying full price for anything.

I must confess, because I refuse to shop at Walmart, I’m resigned to shop at the hirer price grocery store.

Can't think of one thing. If I see something I like, and I look at the price, that will decide if I get it or not. But will will never stand there and try to beat the price down; never.
NO I don't rush out and buy something when they are new out, I wait for the price to drop, like when VCRs come in, and CDs, and DVDs. I happy to wait a few years.

I rarely pay full-price on anything; I'm a true bargain hunter. People are always amazed at how I get things for so cheap.

With a little research a person can buy practically anything cheaper than "retail value". I never shop at Best Buy, that place is almost always a rip-off.

I prefer to get things on-line, you almost always get free shipping and don't pay sales tax in most cases, that means more money in my pocketicon_smile.gif I also use coupons for grocery shopping when I can get my hands on them. It's a rewarding experience to buy something and get a sweet deal on it.

I don't pay full price on anything. Or at least try not to.

As far as DVD movies go, I can wait. I don't feel compelled to buy them as soon as they are released. Just wait a year and they get marked down to $10 or less.

For electronics, I just wait a year also. When the new model comes out, I buy last year's top-of-the-line for cheap.

I too have bought one Jim Carey movie in my life. The Truman Show is actually quite enjoyable.

I essentially refuse to buy chicken at "regular price", since it seems like some form of chicken is on sale in any given week. With a freezer, I can stock up what I want when it's on sale and work through that until it goes on sale again.

    Crate & Barrel!
We have an awesome outlet center attached to their warehouse here. I have gotten so many deals there. My bed, dresser, sofa, rugs, dishes you name it all at fractions of the catalog/store price. I will actually look through the current catalog and find most of it somewhere in the outlet! Of course I don't pay full price for anything!

I rarely, ever, ever pay full price for clothing. I'm excellent at finding deals or sales and especially when it's something I truly need.

Plus, I have some thrifty friends that help me out a lot.
