When it comes to hanging out after 10pm, is there anything else to do besides go to a bar/club, coffee shop, restaurant or movie theatre? I'm talking about something to do on a regular, recurring basis and not a one-time event. Please offer suggestions whether you live in Atlanta or not.

I wish there was a place I could go some weekends after 11pm to play the Wii or participate in some sort of art scene. I would like to find a regular hang out and not rely on searching for a one-time event that's happening in the city that I'll usually have to spend more than $10 to attend.

I'm not much of a drinker, so standing around drinking and talking in a smoky club is not for me. Nor do I find drag shows or stripper boys entertaining. Quite tiring if you ask me. If you've seen one drag queen or naked dancer, you've seen them all.icon_confused.gif

There's got to be something to do on a regular basis in Atlanta besides the same old bar/club, coffee shop, restaurant, or movie.

Any suggestions? When the work week ends, I want to get excited about the weekends. Friday and Saturday nights. Is Dave and Buster's any fun? Where's the art scene? Maybe I should just go to bed.icon_neutral.gif

Atlanta nightlife - especially gay nightlife - could use some of this:
