Meal Planning Sites

    Can anyone recommend any good meal planning sites for eating 5-6 meals per day, maintaining muscle, losing body fat... the usual stuff?

    I looked at and I liked how it planned all the meals for you, what you need to buy at the grocery store, etc. But obviously I'd like to not have to pay $15/month.

    I know I should/could be able to figure this stuff out myself, but left to my own devices, it doesn't happen. I need a little more structure to make it happen.

    The best website I have found is

    1) It's free and 2) comes with an awesome iPhone app.

    It doesn't really have the feature in terms of "planning your meals" for you. . . but you can plan your meals yourself and count nutrients / calories with the website. It puts everything into percentages, pie graphs, goals, etc. . . It also creates grocery lists based on what you've eaten if you want to pay the $15.00 / 3 months.
