How many carbs should I be eating?

    I was told you can do 8-10 carbs per kilogram of weight. However that seems like a ton of carbs for the day. I weight 162 so thats like 74 kilograms. Which is like 600 and some carbs? That seems like a ton.

    I'm also guessing you should be eating atleast your kilogram bodyweight in protein a day.

    Depends upon your activity level, muscle mass, and metabolic rate.

    There's simply not enough information presented for a qualified answer.

    You need to research bodybuilding.com or any of the good muscle boards.

    If you take into account how many carbs grain products have in them then that isnt really that much but I'd still only say 300-500
