Impotence, or lack of oxygen?

My parter and I were enjoying a shower together, and started to engage in sex. Im hoping it was a combination of too hot water, a small space, and too much steam, but I got light headed and lost my erection. Either that, or it was the most intense orgasm of my life. Any clues of what could of happened? I want to make sure I never actually pass out in the shower, as I had the feeling of passing out, (loss of sensory perception, dizziness...) and it scared the boy to no avail.
    Thanks.

My partner almost passes out every time he organisms. When we first started dating I thought he was having a seizure when he came. Scared me to death. He says when he organisms it's like he feels it through out his entire body and it's so intense he almost loses consciousness. We have spoken with his Doctor about it and he doesn't seem to think there is anything wrong with him (just lucky) that he feels his orgasm so intense. The Doctor did ask if there was any pain in any part of his body when he orgasmed or did he have an immediate headache afterward and his answer was no. Once he organisms his body becomes very sensitive to the touch. I have to pull away from him while he finishes shuddering and let him tell me when I can touch him again. It usually lasts for about 5 to 10 minutes. It is incredible to watch him "feel" his organism so intensely. I would love to have a little of that feeling. Mine are great but nothing like his. There have been a few times when I know he passed out or almost passed out. So, we usually have to let me "go first" or time it together because if he goes first, then I am all on my own to finish. Ha!!

I would ask your Doctor about it. If you didn't experience any pain then maybe you were just having an intense organism.

The exact same thing happened to me when I was 27. I almost passed out while climaxing in the shower with another guy. I think the heat was partially to blame. Never happened again. icon_biggrin.gif

It's the heat and the steam of the shower which already make it too hard to breathe which probably made you nearly pass out. It's happened to me a few times when there was some action in the shower just because you are getting less oxygen than normal, and sexual actions make most of the muscles in the body exert themselves needing more oxygen than normal. SO when you have less of what you need more of ... one can faint.

It didn't take me long to recover, just like a couple min after I got out. The boyfriend was so worried though! I'm thinking I just need to tell him to lower the water temp around...like 500˚. His showers are far too hot! (innuendo implied)
