EFA, fish oil and flax seed oil

    what are the purposes of these products? how do they help your body and when should you be taking them (pre/post workout?). icon_confused.gif

    Do your research, but I can say that flaxseeds, not the oil on your oatmeal in the morning is supposed to help reduce cholesterol.

    Flaxseeds by themselves do absolutely nothing for you. You need to crush them to get them to release the oils. Flaxseeds not crushed will just pass through your system.
