Advice how to gain some muscle and what to eat during the day...

    hey guys,

    I've lost until today 39.6 lbs, the crazy thing is that I was at my perfect weight that was 136.4 lbs, until like the passed month, and I have been doing exercise and eating things with proteins so a can gain some muscle, but what happend I've lost 6.6 lbs more. soon I will look like a stick... icon_lol.gif

    So I ask, what can I do so the weight dont drop more. Because, now that I've lost all the weight I enjoy to do exercice, but each time I do it I loose weight.

    What should I eat during the day, shoul I stop doing exercice because let see:

    I do 20 minuts of exercice monday, wed, friday.. should I do less ?

    please give me some advice

    you need to change mentality from "dieting" to "gaining". Eat more, basically. There is a lot of info on the site about what that might look like... 20 mins 3 times a week is hardly anything. Decrease and you may as well not bother.

    I would say just continue to work out, and don't be afraid to indulge with something sweet on occasion. Also how much do you eat when you do eat? I consider a meal as being a foot long tuna on wheat with most all vegetables no mayo add mustard (I know, I am strange like that).

    Its amazing how some people are like this, I am a 7 day a week runner (at least 30 minutes daily) and I usually don't fall under 185 unless one of the other gym rats in there convinces me into a little competition working out.
