icon_sad.gifO.K. Now I know I can't possibly be the only one who has experienced this, however I can't find anything on the internet that addresses my problem specifically and all the doctor and urology forums are not responding. Here's the deal - Ten days ago I tied an elastic band around my penis and testicles much like I have done hundreds of times in the past, maybe a little tighter this time. Ever since, I have had virtually no feeling in my penis. The band was on for about 3 hours and I didn't even get an erection. There was no discoloration. There has been mild pain, but mainly numbness. Urine flow is normal. I have no problem getting an erection, either through mental stimulation or nocturnally. However I have not been able have an orgasm or ejaculate. When I do masturbate, there is not even a hint of pre-cum. Has anyone had this experience? Should things go back to normal? Please don't tell me to see a doctor. I'm trying to avoid that. I'm extremely broke right now, so that would mean going to a clinic or emergency room and telling a whole string of nurses the story. Please help if you can. Thanks.

Well!!!!!!!!! Let me start by asking a good question - WHY would you keep this tight elastic band on for three hours?!!! I have to say that it isn't a good idea to do this for that long a time. Do you have any type of hand vibrator? Using this on your penis might help bring circulation back into it. You may have a type of nerve damage. Kind of late to say to not do this in the future. Hopefully, this is a temporary thing that will adjust in time. Your not being able to reach an ejaculation could be purely psychological because of your concern. Trust me, this can be your problem. I think once you feel you are OK down there you will once again reach a climax and ejaculate. I wish you well.

Sorry Douger, but if you were smart you would go see a doctor. I thought reading your post, you were some silly teenager. You should have more cop-on. Go see a doctor. It is totally confidential. The sooner you see a doctor, the sooner you will know. Or do you want to lose it?

    Actually, you are the moron.

Don't ask for help, and tell us not to give you certain kinds of advice. A doctor is the best person to determine what is wrong. If you are going to be a baby about it, well it's your penis.

Go to a clinic and see a doctor.

That is the only advice you need to hear.
