I need to get some help with my morning eating routine. I find that I'm hungry pretty quickly in the morning. Sometimes I do weights or cardio in the morning. Other times I workout at lunch instead. Here are different variations of my morning routine:
Weight training in the morning: 1. Eat banana 2. Workout 3. Protein shake 4. Oatmeal
Cardio in the morning: 1. Eat banana 2. Cardio 3. Protein shake 4. Oatmeal
No workout in the morning: 1. Banana 2. Protein shake 3. Oatmeal
All of these take place within a 3 hour period from 7am - 10am. I usually find myself hungry about an hour, some times earlier, after I have the oatmeal. I should probably be eating more so that I stay satisfied for longer. What I'm eating is pretty low in calories which probably burns off and used by muscles once I've eaten. Please let me know if you have any suggestions about what I should add and change. Thanks for any input.

You answered your own question. Just eat more.
How about something with more substance? Like a bagel or some toast or a bran muffin? Or how about meat? Or some eggs?
Assuming you're not a vegetarian.. You can boil a few eggs the night before and eat them in the morning. Along with a bagel and some peanut butter. And a piece of fruit.

I wanted to stay away from having too much carbs but that's an option I explored in the past. I could pick it up again and see how it goes. I'm trying to lose the last bit of fat I have hanging around and found that the carbs is really screwing me over.
