So yeah...I recently started doing a lot of cardio and have been considering training for a half marathon...

Well I have a big muscular bubble butt...and someone told me that running to much would make my ass smaller...is that true?

Well I wouldn’t want to lose my asset (no pun intended)

So does anyone know if this is fact or fiction?

To be honest I have not heard that one. I run every day, and if anything it has greatly strengthened the muscles in my ass, so it now looks fuller.

Sorry stud, I wish I could go with what everyone else is saying (actually I would't), but your ass can shrink due to cardio. For one thing, have you ever SEEN a runner with a big bubble butt? No, I thought not. I speak from experience. I used to have a very large, very round muscle ass too, but I had to trade it in for a slimmer model when I began increasing the amount of cardio: running, jogging, walking, swimming, etc:, in my routine. I think more attention to ass firming maneuvers with resistance in the gym can offset this, but honey, it's gonna happen so prepare to buy pants that fit you snugger in the ass part.

i just want to throw into the mix by saying that my friend dave is an avid marathon runner and he has a fantastic bubble butt.

i think its way more genetics.

From personal experience, I think that a guy's butt is due to genetics. I've been ridiculously skinny and I'm currently bulking up and I've ALWAYS had an tushy. (Squarejaw, the lap dance shot is in the profile. icon_biggrin.gif) I have tried running to get rid of my hiney (literally and figuratively), however, I still have backside with a vengence.

I think that anyone can build an derriere, but some people are born with an ass. It's the power of the red headed booty gene.

(I think that I've used every possible synonym for butt in this post.)

    LOL.

In order to provide a fully qualified ass assessment, we require rear, side, and forward views of your alleged bottom in dismay.

Well, I've checked them out, and justinlee86 still isn't showing a butt shot in his profile.

On the other hand, chemguy78 is showing some great booty. ;-)

Depends on the guy... running made my thighs and glutes get bigger and tighter, even though running is supposed to make muscles leaner.

So you may increase your ass OR make it smaller. Either way, just make sure it ain't jigglin'. icon_lol.gif
