Is Anyone Into Forced Workouts?

    I'm just curious if there's anyone who is into the forced workout scene.

    Basically, I am totally into forced workouts! What is a forced workout, you say? Well, a basic forced workout is when you have two guys: one is the trainer and the other is the trainee. Basically, the trainer tells the trainee what exercises to do, and the trainee has to do them. The goal is for the trainer to push the trainee to his physical and mental limits. All of the sweating and suffering is very hot and sexy!

    Basically, it's a really exciting and effective means of working out and getting in amazing shape. I'm looking to network with some guys who are into forced workouts (either as trainers or trainees). I'm also looking for guys who may want to try it out, either for the health benefits or because of the kinkiness factor. Just hit me up, I'd love to talk more about it!

    I've never heard of them, but it sounds like what I pay my PT to do... without the kinkiness factor. Oh, who am I kidding, my PT is hot.

    Well, it is something of a fetish. I'm not advocating it as the most effective training method. I'm saying it's a fun way for some people to get in shape and stay in shape. It's only for a certain type of personality.

    I have to say that training this way has helped me and my friends get in much better shape than we were in before. It may not be for everyone, but it has worked and it continues to work for us.

    My partner and I have that relationship in the gym, I tell him what to do and he does it, I don't swear at him and don't encourage him, I tell him, if he is able to do them or not is up to him. Mind you he has put on a solid 15 lbs with a few months of doing as I say so I guess it's working for him.

    Then again I know what I'm talking about when in the gym so that also helps. I don't let him over extend his body and don't let him lift what is too heavy for him and I make sure he has proper posture and stance when lifting. After all it is a science not just *UGH GRUNT I wanna look hot* icon_twisted.gif

    hmm...I'm not sure, after watching some of your videos, what the difference is between what you call forced workouts and regular working out with a partner or trainer.

    my workout partner and I are always yelling at each other to do another rep...I think that's the point.

    maybe I watched the wrong videos...

    the difference between a regular workout with a personal trainer/workout partner and a forced workout is this: in a forced workout, the trainee is totally at the mercy of the trainer. instead of just being a motivator and a teacher, in this scenario the trainer takes on a role similar to a coach or even a drill instructor.

    there is also a kinkiness factor there. with the trainee totally at the trainer's mercy, there are some dominant/submissive dynamics that come into play. the trainer is turned on by watching the guy he's putting through his paces. he gets off on the power trip of it. the trainee is turned on by his utter lack of power in the situation and knowing that his sweat and suffering is turning on his trainer.

    i hope this clarifies.

    that's a good point. one of the basic rules of this scene is that the trainer has to be somewhat experienced and competent. he needs to know how far he can push his trainee without pushing him too far.

    i've been on both sides of this (trainer/trainee) in three dozen or so scenarios, and honestly i've never had any issues like that. the trainers have commonsense, and there are certain basic rules that we follow, like if the trainee says they feel sick to their stomach or lightheaded, we stop immediately.

    I'm forever reminded why certain stereotypes about gay / bi folks are taken up by popular culture.

    Of course, there's psychology, for why the guy is the way he is here, but, many, in fact, I'd guess most, folks thinks he's sick, and it reflects poorly on gay folks, and is pretty sickening to real jocks.

    Now, this reminds me of the Navy Seals first week of training, now that would be quite a extreme "forced" workout!

    On the other hand, in winter all workout seems to me like forced... and not in a good way!

    I would love to find a guy to drill me hard to push me to my ultimate potential. Have a hard enough time staying motivated as it is.

    Any takers in my area?

    For about one sweet month, when everything seemed to be lined up perfectly, I was working out with my husband, and we did push each other hard... to get that one extra rep in, etc. It was awesome. Then we ran out of money to afford the gym and just haven't found the rhythm again since we signed back up.

    Biggest problem was... I was more of the "trainer" role, with Blu more of the trainee. I could use someone that would reverse that scenario for me, since I am more of a submissive type. Damn that would rock the fuck out!

    How about shut the fuck up and hit the gym? ROFL.

    Gosh, any real jock has been in organized sport with drills and the like, but, they don't sexualize it.

    It's pretty funky that some folks need to do that to muster up the ability to stay in shape. Kinda' sickening, really.

    Note that the original poster is to lazy, or perhaps to dumb, to post pictures, complete the profile, workout, etc., and hides behind a faceless, nameless, profile. I wonder, what is he hiding?

    As I said, there's a whole pyschology to the thing (serial killers get it too in their sexualization of murder) that a good shrink can explain.

    Sounds like the poster needs some time in The Army, where he can get into shape without having to think on his own.

    Hi chuckystud -- you seem like a really friendly chap. I must apologize that me and my personal interests sicken you. I'm sorry that people like me cast poor light on "real jocks" like you.

    I'm glad you posted your comments. I found them full of wisdom and insight. I found them to be of genuine help to me--especially the part where you compare me to a serial killer. That really warmed my heart.

    As to my profile, I literally joined this site three days ago, and I'm genuinely apologetic that I haven't spent more of my Thanksgiving holiday perfecting my profile. But now that you've shown me the light I realize that there's not much point in me even trying -- dumb, lazy folks like me can't do much to compare to "real jocks" like you.
