I meet with a trainer every other morning at 9 am. I just bought NOXPLODE after researching many supplements.
Instructions say best if used on an empty stomach 30 to 60 min before workout. Is it mandatory that I get up even earlier to eat breakfast, let it settle, then drink a no shake on an empty stomach? Or is it ok just to wake up normal time, have a shake, then go workout?

I strongly suggest taking a partial scoop if you're just starting it. NX has a pretty hefty punch to it (for me).

I work out right after work. In the morning I take a scoop and mix it with water. I sip on it through the day then have 1/2 a scoop before I head to the gym.

The lime flavor tastes best for me, not as chemical as the typical supplement tastes like.

You need to get up early, eat a GOOD breakfast, let it settle...that is, 2 hours later or so take your NO-Xplode.

I presume you have to travel to your gym, and once you get there you have to do some warmup. So drinking the NO-X before you leave home should be just about right.

If you see your trainer at 9, warmed up and ready, that means you're arriving at the gym no later than 8:40-8:45. You'd be drinking the NO-X at about 8:30, so eating breakfast about 6:15-6:30.

--for me, that's sleeping in. ;)

"NO Meta-Fusion is the core of NO-Xplode. It is the catalyst that makes the entire formula and its amazing body altering and mind enhancing effects possible. NO Meta-Fusion opens the door to vaso-muscular enlargement by immediately ramping up and sustaining Nitric Oxide (NO) levels. NO widens the blood vessel, which in turn accelerates blood flow to the muscle. This sudden blood surge causes mind blowing pumps and a rapid increase in the overall size and shape of your muscles. And it all happens within minutes! The result? Your veins will stick out like a garden hose and your muscles will be jacked up beyond belief. NO Meta-Fusion precision delivers a powerful blend of the new muscle volumizing creatine matrix that only NO-Xplode provides."

It all sounds scary to me.

It's basically causes vasodilation. Geez, I'd worry about side effects, and I'd also worry about competent scientific studies that verifies it's stated results.

But even if dilates your veins/arteries etc., I would be worried about side effects on blood pressure etc. and it wouldn't surprise me to hear of people devoloping horrible headaches and circulatory problems...who knows, even strokes.

I just don't understand why anyone would take a supplement that has an ingredients list that sounds like a chemistry lab.

Might as well just take caffeine, and get your circulatory system pumped...if you need to...and spend less money. Yeah, the caffeine (I wouldn't do that either) comes in less blotto/amazo/wham/bam packaging...but so what.

Thanks a lot. I have pretty god eating habits and have gained 12 lbs snce beginning my training. I feel like I am at a pateau though. My trainer keeps telling to eat more and I am trying to increase my calorie intake but I am finding that my appetite isn't what it used to be. I would think that it would be increasing.
I haev been researching different supplements and am using caution. Of course I want to see results as fast as possible but also care about my health. I know I will eventually find my nitch and routine but every once in a while, SKINNY BOY syndrome kicks in i feel like the supplement fullfills that area.
Make sense? Thanks for your help you guys.

Vasoldilation is almost always a good thing, unless you're hypotensive. Unless your BP is below 100/60 you're not hypotensive.

Lowering your blood pressure is a good thing.

I work out early mornings on an empty stomach. If I eat anything I get such nausea and dry heaves. I've tried it all, eating, eating light, drinking, drinking a small or large shake.

I just have to work out on an empty stomach, even no water but sips to keep my mouth moist. I can eat about 30 minutes after working out only

one recommendation, if you're just beginning with NOXPLODE, the label is not telling you the right amount. Most people can not tolerate 3 scoops without blowing a gasket in their heart.

PLEASE, start with 1 or 2 scoops first and then increase dosage if you can tolerate it.

Also if you must have protein shake before working out, you can take noxplode and then an hour later right before going to the gym take the shake. Now this plan may not work so well in the morning but it works fine for me in the early evening after work.

On a related note maybe you all can shed some light to this.

What's the crap that refuses to mix in NOXPLODE. It settles as a white powder at the bottom of my water bottle no matter how much water I use. It tastes a little bitter and kind of has a bite to it. I suspect it is the arginine.

Is anyone else having trouble mixing the NOXPLODE into a solution?

Does this stuff simply affect pumps or does it have some longer-term effect?

The white needlelike crystals are probalbly the creatine, a main reason to drink it fairly quickly as the Creatine loses effectiveness quickly on contact with water
