I've found a guy that I really like. Only problem is that he lives 30 minutes away and I don't have a car. I really like the guy a lot. We connect in a way I have never connected with a guy before. To me he is amazing and I want to make things work. He says he could drive to see me and wouldn't mind. But we both are seniors and have school. So basically we can see each other only on the weekends I guess. If we saw each other once each weekend then after a month of dating we'd only have been together four times which seems like it wouldn't be enough to keep the spark going.
My friends tell me that webcam chats and talking on the phone helps a lot so I wil ltry that. Still, a few times a month seems like nothing. I'm not saying I want to see him every single day. It's just the fact that I won't be able to be like"hey, want to come over after school?" or "I'm bored, let's hang out". It's going to be hard. Any thoughts on this would help so much. I'm having so many mixed thoughts going on in my head

lol That's what you call a long distance relationship?
30 minutes is nothing !! You're just a senior, don't worry about that yet. Just give it a try ...
My friend is like a thousand miles away from her boyfriend lol.

And yes, I guess the phone helps a lot. And you can still say "Hey let's hang out". You would just see him 30 minutes later and not right away.
