5 x 5?

    I need to mix it up and heard about the 5 x 5 program (5 sets, 5 reps).

    Is anyone doing this? I cannot find anything solid online.

    Curious as to how many days per week. Muscles focused on in each session and how many exercises.

    Any advice would be well appreciated!

    also.. do a search for dog crap training............ just cause!

    Depends on your goals.

    5 by 5 is a tried and tested program that's well documented all over The Internet and used by numerous athletic organizations.

    Time to do your research.
