Have You Ever Told A Complete Stranger You Think He Is Handsome?

Never being a shy guy since my mid-teens, I have on occasion told a complete stranger this.
Once, while driving thru another state, I walked up to a guy whom I'd noticed in line, waited until I was sure no one else could hear at the self-serve soda fountain at a fast food place and said:
"I'm sorry to be so forward, but, I'll probably never see you again and I just wanted to say that you are a very handsome man."

He said: "You know, I'm not gay, but that has really brightened my day today! I just got laid off from my job and was feeling like shit until now. Thank you!"
Risky? Yes. But life is full of risks. icon_wink.gif

    I did, but only once.icon_biggrin.gif

saw him as he was walking across a beach when we were both vacationing. he passed twice and we eyed each other. i thought he was shy so i decided i had better take matters in hand.
as he was walking by again i stopped him and told him i thought he was delcious.
he turned beet red, with a huge smile and told me he thought the same of me.

    we spent 6 years together.

I was working part time at a convenient store where most of the traffic is just passing through and I have had the opportunity to comment on a guys looks a few time.

Usually saying things like; “damn someone won the genetic lottery, could you be any more attractive.” Or “can I barrow your body for a couple hours”.

Had one attractive guy, who was short on change and asked if I could help him out. “Please tell me you don’t get by on your looks…because you could?”

Once and it took all the courage I had. But before he could respond I just ran away from there. Am quite shy and till date don't know how I did it, but I felt good, don't know about him though. icon_biggrin.gif

All men, gay or straight like to be complimented. I tell guys all the time, but rather than saying "just wanted to say you are handsome>:, I will usually address them as 'hey handsome" and then ask them a pointless question about nothnig in particular......and I always get smiles and answers.....gay or straight.

I hit on some guy last night....at Sonic Drive Thru. There was an employee that walked by. He was handsome pretty well built and I needed a refill. I asked him for a refill. He came back and I said thank you, he said your welcome and then as he started to walk away, I said hey are you single...then he stuttered trying to grasp for something to say then said "ah....uh...nah....uh I got a girlfriend." I laughed. I especially laughed cause he didn't know how to react....but it was also funny because there was this fat gay dude that worked there watching the whole thing.

At the gym, I've complimented guys on their physique. No issues there. Haven't tried complimenting a guy's face though. I think most guys gay or straight would get a little thrown off by it. icon_lol.gif

Mercurymax....I hear ya! I'm slowly torturing a guy that works at a local food joint....he always gets red-faced and nervous to the point of dropping drink cups or walking into things whenever my BF & I are customers.
BTW: I've NEVER said a word (besides to order food) to the young guy. So he's the one that's making himself nervous.

Yeah. I've also told one I wanted his cock snot in my fart box too. I may have just possibly been somewhat under the influence at the time.

You don't remember Guerilla? You told me that in a seedy bar in Mississippi. We snowballed all night. We made a little snowman out of it. Frosty the Cum Man is still in my freezer.

Exactly…the reactions, totally worth it and the ones that take it in stride are priceless.

I don’t how many others have noticed, but it seems to have become more prevalent among the straight guys.

lol nice....maybe he's afraid that gays will sniff out the fact that he is gay too.

Not a complete stranger, but acquaintances and friends all the time. I guess I'm not sure if it is always appreciated. I guess I'm the type that would get embarrassed or a bit irritated at it.

An older lady at the gym came up the front desk, and before she could say anything, she said "I have to say, you have the most beautiful blue eyes". I did get a kick out of that.

At the gym again. After a workout I washed my face at the sink and was staring at my face in the mirror deep in thought(who knows about what). A guy passed by and said "are you hoping it will get better? because it can't get better than it is." I at first thought he was saying I was ugly so I was somewhat confused. By the time I figured out it was a compliment he was long gone.

I've definitely told straight guys at the gym they are handsome or attractive, but I'm not sure if it is always appreciated. One guy was confiding in me that he wished he was taller because he has a hard time finding a woman to date. He was about 5'6. I told him he was very handsome, a great catch, and I knew tons of people that would want to date him. Luckily he didn't ask me to fix him up with any of them because they are all guys, lol.

Can't say as I've done it more than a few times, but I've said something like "you ought to be in modeling" will usually fly with straight or gay. Guys may blush, but I think it's a compliment we all like to hear. Eyebrows may go up, but usually with a smile.

I am not attracted to the kind of guys most people call "handsome"
but I am told a few I thought they are cute icon_smile.gif

Usually they just say thank you. Of course we are always hoping for a "thanks and you are handsome as well" as a response. icon_smile.gif
