What is your dieting?

    I would like to know what dieting habits you all have. The body is such a particular and complex organism. It is damn complicated to consume the proper nutrients at all times without taking alternatives; pills, supplements, etc. Taking excessive amounts of protein, supplements, and pills isn't my thing. Being as close to natural as possible is my goal. I eat healthy, but I feel that it isn't enough.

    So, what I am asking is what do you RealJockers eat? For breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snacks? Drinks as well. How many meals a day? Do you break down each meal by maximum calories per meal? Do you eat small meals throughout the day? I am curious to know the different ways you all diet. I would like to feed off of you all and in the future, plan my own diet. Thanks!

    Not that I can't imagine your post was constructed to solicit exactly this sort of response, but what in the world are you eating? You have an amazing body.
