Hey y'all, wondering if anyone out there can fill me in on the workouts provided.

ie) I see "sequence 1" and "sequence 2".
are these to be done all in one workout, or are they something you switch up after so long?

    and

there's also "begin superset" in some workouts. Don't really understand what that's all about either.

I wish there was a brief paragraph or something outlining this kind of information.

cheers to anyone out there who can fill me in!

Question one: You do both in the same work out, but you rest between them. I'm guessing this is from the Strong and Lean, correct? If so, yes. Do the first sequence, rest up a bit, then hit the second sequence. The Strong and Lean workout is by far the most challenging thing I've ever done in the gym because of this... you're basically pushing, pulling, twisting, bending, hopping, jumping, and just really pushing your body for everything it's worth. It's awesome though, and you'll get results icon_smile.gif

Question two: Super Sets: Here, let me Google that for you.

Or, if you can't be bothered, it's pretty simple. You two the two exercises without taking a break between them. If I remember right one of the Muscle Building plans has you doing bench presses super setted with push ups. You would do your set of presses, and then with out resting drop to the floor and do your set of push ups. Rest up for 30-60 seconds, and do it again until all of your sets are finished.

Thanks man. The main issue was the sequence thing. Now I know.
I'm going to look at the strong and lean workouts versus the muscle building workouts and see which one would be best for me.

    Cheers!
