Hi Guys, The New Year is coming and a new set of fitness goals. Can anyone suggest a good workout log to record my fitnees and nutrition goals in?

    Thanks,
    Vince

GNC carries the Body Minder fitness journal. You can get it cheaper on Amazon, but I would recommend going in and taking a look at it first hand to see if its what you're looking for.

I've seen other more comprehensive journals, but this ones pretty well laid out with the strength and cardio log on one side and the dietary notes and outside of the gym activities on the facing page. It's about 8.5 by 5.5 inches which makes it small enough that it doesn't get mangled in your gym bag or backpack and large enough it's still easy to write in when your arms and hands are shaking after a really good set.

This last year I used MS excel. No need for anything fancy.
