    Great list death_dodge!

I want to add an atypical piece that I love to run to:
'Huapango' by José P. Moncayo García (orchestra version)
great nonstop for long stride running.

    SHINE (cyndi lauper)

    THROB (Janet Jackson)

Don't laugh but I'm kind of liking the new Britney Spears ("Piece of Me")

    FUTURE SEX/LOVE SOUND (Justin Timberlake)

Dance Mix to "Shut Up And Drive" (Rhianna)

Dance Mix to "WALK AWAY" (Kelly Clarkson)

And two must downloads from iTunes that someone just turned me onto:

"Surround Me With Your Love" by 3-11 Porter from the "Best of Hotel Costes" CD

    and

"Night Over Manaus" by Boozoo Bajou, also on "Best of Hotel Costes"

Depending on how intense you want to get.

    "Adrenaline," Gavin Rossdale (warm up)

"Weapons of Mass Distortion," The Crystal Method (warm up)

"Die Another Day," Madonna (another warm up).

    "The Pretender," Foo Fighters

    "Faint," Linkin Park

    "Own Little World," Celldwellers

    "You Don't Know Me," T.I.

"New York," Ja Rule (cool down)

these are only a few of the songs I've got in my ipod, but if I'm really pumped and want an intense workout then those are the songs I listen to most. I try to be eclectic and not lock myself into one genre. Hope this helps!!!

Nico's The Marble Index is an amazing album but I slowed my cardio to a slow morphine drip.

Anything that is in Spanish always juices me up eventhough I don't speak any Spanish. Still, you can tell by the singer's tone of voice what the song is probably about. It helps if i've heard the song in English already, but with this ending from the Digi-mon Tamers t.v. show (this one is good for near the end of the workout when I need some cheering up)you can just feel the syrup in the singers voice, lol.Oh, and i've seen the ending so many times, it's so sweet.icon_razz.gif

    WHAAARIIGGHHTTT!!

OOOH, what is the matter with YOU!!!

What are you tryin to do!!!

I've been rackin my brain but I don't get it!!!

If I ever hurt you in any way, here's a chance to hear my apology, F@%CK YOU!

I'd give anything to batter you DOWN all the way to six feet under!!!

Why the F&%(K would I STOP, till I see your F#$%%in @$$ drop!!!

Mind your own business and leave mine alone!!!
Take a walk in the real world for a sec!!!

Just scream the lyrics above at the top of your lungs and add some kick ass synth and guitar work in the background to get something that sounds like my favorite work out rock album, "Hate Crew Death Roll by Children of Bodom." It rocks and they even sell it to guys who are AS LAME AS YOU ARE!!! icon_razz.gifa
