Hey guys, I'm having an issue with my strength training, while not dedicated it is modest where I go to the gym at least 30 mins @ 3 times a week. I finding when I do hammer curls, bench press or anything where I using both hand to coordinate my right arm is able to pump out sets w/no issue. My left arm can do half that.

Should I lower the weight, lower the reps... I dunno what to do this has always been an issue for me and I want to fix it or attempt to.
    Thnx!

This is normal in untrained individuals. As your neurology improves, your non-dominant arm will balance out. No action is required. It will take care of itself.
