I've just been wondering what are the different body times. For example, some people are naturally lean but would have a very hard time putting on mass. I'm curious about the different body times--names and effects-- and I've been wondering what mine was. I know for a fact I put on mass very, very easily. For example, I can notice change in my body after only a week's training.
