HELP!!! i need a little advice

    hi im new here so i hope im posting this in the right place, but anyways, i am trying to get in shape for a fighting tournament which is in march, and i have no clue how to go about it. i am 200 lbs 6'2 and i need to get to like 185. can someone help me?

    I'd start with your diet...cut back on the volume you eat and then throw in exercise. I see you cycle, that's good...go for a run or a walk at least once a day. If you can hit the gym somewhere, use the cardio equipment to get your heart pumping and your body conditioned for breathing and sweating...and I think you'll lose some weight...as for other conditioning for fighting...out of my league.

    Research interval training. It'll help your cardiac threshold, burns fat like crazy, and preserves your lean muscle mass.
