Jamaica Rum & Wine Fruit Cake

    So i wake up this morning about 4:30 get myself together head to the kitchen and start baking cake,i have started baking since yesterday and continue to today.people keep asking for it so i have to keep on making cakes.

    Are you making any potatoe pone this year? (My fav - Gran used to send up a Christmas pudding and pone from Kingston every year)

    just have your cake in moderation,a slice of cake and a glass of wine now and then is good,though you could be addicted to the cake.

    I make a special gingerbread for Xmas - I put pecans and candied ginger and whiskey in it. Every year more and more people want it, so this year I am enlisting the assistance of the many gingerbread addicts - they can do the chopping and wash the dishes and pans icon_lol.gif
