So I just signed up for a gym last Friday and Monday was my first day. I got two free personal training sessions with my membership so I used my first one on Monday. He gave me a lot of good information and i'm really motivated at the moment. My only problem is I dont know where to really start. Monday he just did some warm ups with me and I did some cardio. I did the same on Tuesday. I decided to do weight training 3 days a week (MWF) and cardio 2(TTH). My only problem is I just dont know where to begin. Im also having a bit of trouble getting a decent workout schedule going. Any pointers?
