The batches I'm baking now are cranberry orange with walnut. They need to cool before they get their orange glaze.

I've got others already made - russian teacakes, cocoa balls, Christmas cut-outs (family recipe) and gingersnap sandwich cookies with an oragne ginger cream filling.

I still have to make anise twists and chocolate mint thumbprints.

They are also called Mexican wedding cookies. They are a small round tender cookie made with pecans, rolled in confectioners sugar.
