2 different builds, 2 different diets. What should we do? HELP!

    OK, so here's the deal.

    I'm 6'4" 205 lbs, fairly lean and a slim/slender build, roughly 6% body fat

    He's 6'2" 255, larger build. Roughly 26% body fat.

    We're trying to find a way for both of us to get in better shape, but we realize that we're going to need to have 2 totally separate diet/work out regiments to get in shape. If there is anyone that is a personal trainer that could help us we'd appreciate it. If you need any other information, please let me know.

    Nutrition is based on Lean Mass - You're 193# of lean mass, he's 189# lean mass. Your nutritional requirements aren't that different.

    I suggest you start with a budget of 3300 calories/day, divided into 6 roughly equal meals, composed of 60% complex carbs, 30% proteins, and 10% healthy fats.
