Love getting the Itunes gift cards. Now I'm looking for house/trance music recommendations. Any suggestions?

    Recent Purchases:
Jason Walker, Brian Kent, Colton Ford's Tug of War and Mike Andrews's Who's in Control (Truth Dante's Cove)

Look up some iMixes and see what other people have out there. That's how I meet new and interesting music.

I think itunes is hard to navigate. I was looking for full length compilations, but could not find many.

I do not like typical gay music, its stuck in a rut and has been for years. But I like the energy of that music to work out to.

    Any suggestions?

Check out Makossa and Megablast. Very groovy record:

I'm also a big fan of the Fabric and DJ-Kicks series. Both are excellent. Each disc is mixed by a different artist/DJ. I'm not sure if they sell them on iTunes, but worth tracking down either way.

    DJBens -

In the search window on the iTunes main page, type 'workout.' That will bring up some 30-minute cardio mixes and such. Most of the music's a little on the derivative side, but like you said, sometimes you just need a beat.

Here are some songs I love, that are new, or are climbing the Billboard Dance charts.

    1. Ultra Nate - Give It All You Got
Go for the non-mixed or Bimbo Jones radio edits.

    2. Sarah Atereth - It Doesn't Take Much
    The Solasso radio edit.

    3. Filo & Peri - The Anthem

    4. Peter Gelderblom - Waiting 4
If you like Red Hot Chili Peppers, you'll like this one.

    5. Paul Van Dyk feat. Rea Garvey - Let Go

For music, you can't go far wrong if you listen to nothing but bright eyes.

i love that man so much i'm sure it can't be healthy.

Boys Noize - oi oi oi

Really energetic electro rock influenced house. A lot like daft punk.

I'm excited. I just purchase Ultra Nate - Give It All You Got, Scooter and Fedde Le Grand. Two of these were recommendation on this forum! These tracks have the aggressive beats per minute I like complimented with house vocals. In Scooter's case spoken words.
