    Hey Guys,

I was wondering if it would be too much to do "Insanity" ( Kind of like p90x) and going to the gym 5 days a week? I am pretty active but I don't want to overtrain. Thanks for the help

Is such a body even possible without weights?

Seems good for people who need to loose weight.

Yeah, I'd like to know the same thing.

I just started doing INSANITY last week, I'm on week two and I've been still hitting the gym in the afternoon. Lifting weights and some cardio as well. I hope I'm not over training. I've noticed that I don't have the same muscle mass as before, but I think that's my weight lifting routine actually that I need to switch up.

How about you wculess? What have you seen?

I'd LOVE to do that. You're cardio is gonna increase dramatically and you're gonna looked jacked and ripped.

Do it! I wanna know how it goes. icon_smile.gif

Insanity is just the cardio one, right?
