Reduce the wait

    hi i am new to this..i am 23 years old.i have slightly overweight,but i have been going running for last one month..but i can't reduce my weight. tell me what are the exercise may i do.

    Two kinds or exercises....
    One ... you need to push and pull some weights around
    without muscle training you're not stoking the metabolism fire that will burn some of the calories that you need to

    second...its not really an exercise as much as staying away from opening the refrigerator
    you need to cut the calories you take in
    no fat
    lo-carbs
    hi-protein diet is the way to go
