New Leaf Resolution, JoeCoolNV's 30-Day Plan!!!

    So, I'm turning over a new leaf and I have a solid plan for success in the next 30 days of training and living healthy.

    Restrictions: zero Coffee, zero alcohol, zero chocolate.

    Daily fitness goals: 60 minutes of combined training (body ball, hiking, snowboarding, running, pullups, pushups, and situps.

    Nutritional plan: 5-8 small meals daily including lean meats, dairy, fruits, veggies, grains, nuts, beans, soups, salads, high fiber cereals, oatmeal.


    I will track my progress on this forum thread... Wish me luck fellow Realjocks!

    In 30 days I begin my campaign for RJ Man of the Day! LOL

    good luck! don't forget to build in some rest days, in advance...and make time for yourself to periodically cheat so you don't beat yourself up.

    Thanks for that advice! So true. I'm going to work a balanced program, including rest and relaxation. I always make time to go to the natural hot springs we have in NM. icon_biggrin.gif
