Ok, I've decided to start a hardcore diet tomorrow, and I'm wondering if anyone knows how to calculate how many calories you need per day? I'm sure it's on here, I'm just not sure how to find it. :/ If anyone else has recommendations on how to structure meals/snacks, I'd be up for that too.
