    hey bud.

I've had mine for about a year now and I use it most everyday. I do most of my work in the gym but it's nice to have around.

If you have a Bed, Bath & Beyond in your area, they sell it at the regular price of $29.99 but they always have 20% coupons in the Sunday paper or online. I kept waiting for it to go on sale somewhere, and it never did so I went to BB&B.

It's also great to do push-ups and sit-up/crunches as it can hold your feet/ankles down.

One draw-back. If you live in an old building or apartment, the door jams might be too thick for this device. Check it out before you buy.

    Have fun.

I have one too and love it. I actually bought it while traveling and used it in my hotel room (extended business trip) ... now that I'm back settled into a new apartment, I haven't even installed my regular pull-up bar. This one is great and allows me to use it wherever there's a door handy.

One other thing ... the black cushions tend to mark up white door frames. Not really a big deal, since a little touch-up paint will take care of it, but worth mentioning.

Go to ALDIs, they have it for 13 bucks, looks like decent quality too. They have a lot of other "home gym" devices, some of which I just recently bought just for the heck of it since the stuff was so cheap in price.

Actually, comparing the two, it looks like the ALDI one looks more sturdy.
