Upper body strength and balance

    I wish I could do this. I can do a handstand, but I have never been able to do it on one hand. Even if I had the strength, I would lose my balance.

    I am really amazed by this. Is there anyone else who can do this?

    I like the colors in that photo, but that guys looks like a gymnast from the size of his legs .. I don't think I have the balance to do that icon_eek.gif

    I really like his pose .. unconventional but very intriguing.

    If ever there are separate drinking fountains for gays and straights, that should be the shape of the gays only water fountain.

    I had an accident about a month ago where I tore my right leg off my ankle. The doctor said I won't be able to walk for 6 months. I was wondering what types of exercises I can do while confined to a wheel chair? Currently I do an upper and lower body exercise program given to my by the physical therapy rehab center, but they are getting too easy. Any suggestions?
