I guess I'm what you'd call an "ectomorph." I'm trying to bulk up my upper body and gain the "glamor muscles." For almost a year now, I've been doing pushups, chest presses and pullups three times a week, while supplementing with a protein shake after workouts.

The results have been kind of underwhelming so I've recently introduced dead-lifts. It's too early to tell if its helping though. Are there some key exercises that I'm missing here? What would you change or add to this routine?

BTW, not really interested in working-out lower-body at the moment, but I will certainly take it on if it is particularly helpful in gaining mass in upper-body.
