Has anyone ever taken this stuff? It's a pre-workout energy supplement. I took half a dose before my workout this morning and felt like I was going to bounce off the walls. Any experiences good or bad? icon_question.gif

my boyfriend uses this and a few other energy type preworkout supplements in a rotation. He says that the N.O. Xplode is his favorite.

Me and my bud use it before a workout. We both have had generally good results with the product. Although, there have been a few times where one of us feels sick after consuming it. I know one friend who tried it and it actually made him sick to his stomach. I've only had two of the flavors, blue raspberry and fruit punch. Personally, I think that the fruit punch is easier to drink. But, both do a great job in energy increase.

I've used several of the N.O. pre-workout supplements and none really give me the energy they promise except the GNC brand which packs a little punch lol (but it has a bad aftertaste when you reach the final sip). I'm still going to try various brands until I find the best!

NO Xplode has done wonders for my progress... will change to a different brand here and there, but dang... I go nuts on the stuff.

I guess it depends on where it makes you x-plode! icon_lol.gif

Some of these products have warnings that you should probably read .. issues with high blood pressure or interactions with medicines should be considered. I have know other people to get rashes on the stuff. You just have to monitor your health and side effects.

Oh I almost forgot to mention, if you get cold-sores, the Arginine in some of these products will aggravate any form of herpes like cold-sores

I like my N.O. boost from more organic sources, without other "energy enhancers." I take a combo L-Arginine and Citrulline capsule, some Glutamate powder in a smoothy, and 2,000 mg of B-12.

My workouts are much more energetic. I can go longer on cardio and on circuit work. I have less and shorter lasting post-workout pain, and recover much faster. And I have a bigger, harder boner. icon_twisted.gif

Also, ZMA (Zinc with an M-something and A-something) before bed make a big positive difference in quality of sleep and overnight recovery. It has also speeded up a drop in body fat percentage by boosting muscle growth.

It's worked great for me. But after a few weeks the effects start to wear off. Drink the recommended amount of water though because it will skrew up your kidneys otherwise.

It's not bad... but people get the shits pretty often from it. And it quickly loses it's edge once your body gets used to it...

I suggest getting White Flood by Controlled Labs.

Also, toss in a scoop of Green Magnitude by Controlled Labs, and it's your perfect pre-workout that won't make you shit your pants.

Don't believe me? Check out the feedback on any proven bodybuilding/fitness website... Controlled Labs makes killer products, and White Flood is among my favorite.

(no, i am not advertising for them nor do I work for them... I just love the stuff)

I use it but don't get the energy boost it claims. It is sickening sweet too... often I feel sick to my stomach after taking it because the flavor is sooo strong. I think once I use my supply, I may opt out. I seem to get more of an energy boost simply drinking a Rockstar prior to my workout.

I use N.O. and love it, I have used it for a couple of years...I do switch brands from time to time but my favorite is SuperPump by Rich Gaspari...it gives me the edge I need and I can workout longer....

Great energy, to tone down the sweetness I add cranberry juice and that helps a lot! If you eat something small 15 minutes before you drink it that helps on the upset stomach and the shitting issue. icon_smile.gif

Oh, man! I had the worst experience with N.O. Xplode. Their slogan should be: N.O Xplode will cause you to Xplode!

I used it once and went to the gym, and, believe me, I had a great work out. When I got home and started to calm down, however, my stomach started to cramp up like I had food poisoning. I ran in the bathroom and vomited for what felt like hours. At least I got a good abs workout with all of the hurling I did.

I tried it again several months later, thinking that I just had a bad reaction the first time around. Nope, N.O Xplode caused me to explode once again.

Whatever they put in it does not agree with my stomach, so I had to pass on N.O. Xplode. I once talked to a rep from the company here in South Florida, and he said that people have a love/hate relationship with it: you're either going to love it or hate it.

Have you tried the combination that I mentioned a few posts up?

It's definitely a million times easier on the body, and seems to have better long lasting results..

I don't know why people keep using this stuff despite the many reports from users that it upsets your stomach. icon_lol.gif

If you want to try something with less stimulants, try Labrada Super Charge. It's easy on the stomach and it even tastes good.

I have tried labradas supercharge also...its pretty good, but Ive stayed with the no xplode, just thought it was better in my opinion.

I TOTALLY agree with you! I have tried both and Controlled Labs has the BEST products by far! The White Flood is the best I have found (aside from Universal Animal Pump) Green Magnitude is great as well. And you can't beat the results!! It also tastes good. The NO Xplode was a killer on my stomach and digestive system!

I used it for a while, but hated the taste and found that it made me feel a bit nauseous (though never full on vomitting/shitting).

I now just take a single No-Doze (an OTC caffeine pill) pre-workout and it does the same thing. Cheaper, and no side effects.

It a good pre workout mix, but I swear it has a bloating effect to it, you get bigger but stop using it and your size will wear off.

Not all NO2's are created equal, the active ingredient is the L-Arginine which makes notric oxide in the body, if u want serious gains without being to wired then i would try the ones that have little to no caffeine and also no creatine.
