Ummmm, that just means there's something wrong with him. Codependent and desperate? And likely tons of personality disorders to not have any of them work....

I'd settle too, if I was just after the idea of a relationship.

jprichva saidI can only speak for myself, but I've spent the last three years licking my wounds after a really psycho-y last relationship. Finally, I can say with great relief that I am completely over it. Not just him, but all the anger and bad feelings that turned me into a hermit these past couple of years.

So, I'm going to wade back into the pool.

good on ya i did the same! icon_razz.gif

THREE YEARS??? Wow. I'm sorry to hear it took that much time - it must have been quite traumatic. Is any relationship/trauma worth denying oneself the potential company of another for three years? I just can't imagine that for myself - and I'm not a serial relationship type. It's usually years between significant ones... but not so much by "choice" - just historical coincidence. Not this time 'round though... icon_wink.gif

11 divorces is depressing...12 marriages is optimism!
