Abs Diet

    Anyone have any experience with the Abs diet & it's circuit training workout? I've been working out for several years but have unfortunately hit a plateau that I can't seem to get out of. I'm thinking this program may be a good place to start - at least to try it for 6 weeks and evaluate the results.

    Any advice?

    I think the Abs Diet is great. I don't follow the workout routine they recommend, but the diet part has helped me drop 20-25lbs in the last 2 months and my muscle tone has improved. I get my workouts from Men's Health, if that matters (or helps). Mix of upper body, core, some lower body (was already pretty set there), and a lot of cardio (ellipitcal, running, and spinning).

    It will definitely shake things up with your metabolism -- in a good way -- and get you out of the plateau.

    I followed the Abs Diet for a couple of months last summer and loved it. Helped me tone things up and it wasn't too restrictive of a diet. I'm not that knowledgable in the nutrition area and when it comes to preparing healthy meals. The Abs Diet spelled it out clearly enough for someone like me. I am starting it again this week.

    Yep, I did the abs diet as well and loved it. I still follow the basic guidelines for the most part, and I've had great results.

    Has anyone tried the online version of Abs Diet? I find the book difficult to follow; and I'm hoping the online version would be more customized to my specific needs.

    Hey guys, I just started the abs diet a few days ago. I'm eating a lot more than I usually would have, but it's all from the power 12. I can't wait for a few weeks to see what results I get. Did anybody experience a slight spike in their weight at the beginning of this program?
