Hey, the other day I though, screw it, im not doing anything, may aswell do a mini work out. So i did a quick (as in like 60 second) warm up and then 100 lunges (50 on each leg, in sets of 10... random but Its the only way i could keep count). Lifted some 10lb weights for a while then did some squats and other bits.

Next day, my ass and thighs are killing, and ribs a little too. Whenever I walk down stairs they hurt the most. Strangely when I walk fast or go out, the pain goes away and its more like "its hurts so good".

Anyway, Im guessing this is because im doing something wrong.

    Any ideas?

learn how to do a balanced workout and warm up properly. The pain you speak of is normal... it will pass.

    Hey, thanks for the reply.

Could you let me know how what I said was unbalanced? So I can create a balanced workout?

    thanks

It sounds a bit random, that´s what. Look at some of the work out plans and search in a few of the forums (strength etc)... i´m going to sleep soon.

Ahhh right, yeah that makes more sense. I guess to get a well rounded workout.

Also should I still work out through this "pain" (its more like annoying discomfort than pain) or wait until its gone to start again?

    thanks again
