Hey guys......right now I'm just using CLA, drink 3 Whey Protein Shakes a day and then of course trying to eat properly. What other supplements have worked for you to help you gain lean muscle mass? Thank you for your input!

These are the only supplements I buy regularly..

    - Meal replacement powder, for post-workout nutrition
    - Carb powder, mixed in with MRP above
    - Calcium, vitamin C pills
    - NO supplement, use every other week
    - Amino acid pills
    - Potassium pills

Once in a while, I'll buy a tub of whey protein in addition to the MRP. Just depends on how much extra cash I have.

I've found that whey protein and creatine give me the biggest bang for the buck. Also, even though some guys say it does nothing for them, I've noticed positive results when using tribulus terrestris.

Besides being on prescription drugs for a muscle disease, I take a multi-vitamin and mineral pill Optimum Nutrition (ON) Multi-men, Salmon Oil by ON, Now products include Tri-Chromium, Rice+Oat+Corn Bran, L-Tyrosine, Glutamine (ON) and a joint supplement with Glucosamine, Chondrotin and MSM. I chose this order of supps because it helps lubricate my joints, adds good brain function and helps balance my muscle fibers. I also take every morning ON Soy Protein with about 6 oz. of egg whites (purchased from Egg Whites International) were the yolks are already taken out and is cheaper than buying dozens of eggs and having to separate them. Then I combine water and chocolate soy milk as I'm lactose intolerant and cannot have whey products. I buy most everything from www.bodybuilding.com as they have the lowest prices.

i was skeptical about them but about 2 months ago i started taking Tribulus and L-Arginine. ( Argin Plus from GNC )
They actually made a difference , a noticeable one ,not in gym results so much as in over all well being, sex drive, mood.
So they do boost testosterone i guess.

The only 'supplement' I take is...

Vibrant Health's "Green Vibrance" Concentrated Superfood.

Should I be taking more supplements? My goal is to increase muscle mass (add 10 lbs or so) and drop my body fat %. I want to be lean, green, and strong.

Being born with gens that started to give me a build in my teens, that many people have to go to gym to achieve, and the fact I've never had trouble putting on muscle mass, I have never taken supplements. Al these people who go to gym, who are anti smoking and drinking, yet pump all that shit into themselvesicon_rolleyes.gif

I do not take supplements, in general, because most of the junk at GNC and the gyms are Chemical and Toxic.

I prefer to build my body's strength AU NATURAL.

Can anybody suggest pure and clean supplementation?
