...My belt buckle has been flirting with being pulled in a notch to a hole that has never been used before. I have had this belt for years and years...so long that the solid leather has begun to crack and I had to super-glue it. That means it's been decades since I have been this slender! Now it is comfortably pulled in to that hole or the pants feel too loose. ... icon_biggrin.gif

....More later on the fine art of evening out all the bunching on the pant's waist. ... icon_wink.gif

I am holding steady at a pound below the goal weight set by my dr. But I think it is the extended woodchoppers on the cable machine that is pulling in the waist.

    Next stop....Anorexia! ... icon_lol.gif

The true test of whether you're pulling the belt too tight is if my hand can slide down your pants without any resistance.
