There is a book that was recommended to me by a psychiatrist called "Driven to Distraction". I have yet to check it out but he swears by it. They also have it on CD =)

It is by Dr. Hollowell and he has several others as well. He is actually my Dr. and it was the best thing I ever did. The results have been great. He is located in Boston but if you are looking for local help, be very carefull. All Dr. say they specialize in ADD and 90% of them don't know crap.

Additional info if interested. Would be glad to help.

There are a few natural products that help with memory and the attention span. My suggestion is trying acetyl L carnitine, which I swear by. It also helps with skin health(combined with alpha lipoic acid) and an increase in testosterone production.

ADD and ADHD is no joke. It can seriously foul your life up. The sooner you find a Dr that can help you, the sooner you will experience relief from living life like you are driving with the parking brake on.

PS....your profile headline is really cool...always great to meet fellow travellers.icon_biggrin.gif

you could give yerba mate a try. In my experience, I get a lot more mental alertness and focus than coffee, but none of the physical jitters from it.
