About 2 months ago, I noticed my wrist began
to hurt. It probably came from using my iPhone, strangely enough, because the pain was noticeable when I was typing. Then, while
doing push-ups, my wrist totally collapsed. I laid off itnfor a while, but there has been no improvement.

It's not fractured, but it is preventing me
from doing any excercise that uses a non-neutral wrist.

Any ideas about how to heal it? Physical therapists are encouraged to contact me.

I had the same problem with both my wrists. I found that using a wrist brace helped a whole lot. It just keeps the wrist straight through all exercises and prevents any harmful movement when not working out. I wore it until it healed and use it again if I ever feel it getting weak or hurting a bit. I had ordered one online that was thin and made of a black plastic/rubber material with padding. Its real sleek and strong. I later found the same one at my local H-E-B.

    Dear Limp Wrist (kidding),
As someone above said: Carpel Tunnel is probably what it is.
I'd get myself to a doctor if I were you.
