I found it very time consuming, but challenging and if I'd had time to do the entire program I think it would have been great.

Will do. I have to admit, I am a little intimidated just looking ahead at the program and the menu, but if there is one thing I have learned to do, it's suit up and show up and do the footwork.... and not ask a lot of questions when it comes to following a program.

And, of course, the writer/poet in me has decided to admit to being inspired by that silly "Julie & Julia" movie and blog about this. Stop by if you want... http://sahem62896p90x.blogspot.com/

As soon as I get mine I will join you too. From what I have seen and heard at the gym where I work - it really achieves the results if you stick with it. icon_smile.gif

Insanity is sub-par compared to P90x. The workouts "seem" long because Tony actually dedicates time to warming up, cooldowning and stretching. Insanity rushes through it like a a scared 17 year old during his first sex encounter.

Almost ALL the workouts (except the fucktastic yoga, which after the first 45min becomes bearable) are around an hour. If you don't have time to workout for 1 hour you shouldn't even bother with any program that would get you remotely in shape.
