    Hey,

One of the reasons I joined this site was the hope of finding someone to train with in CT. I'm located in Manchester, just east of Hartford with several commercial gyms available in the area. On top of that, I own my own free weight equipment. My goal is to gain muscle mass through bodybuilding. At present, I am altering my diet to cut for competition in April.

If you're interested in lifting together, let me know. I work out 4x a week for about 45 min per session.

    Cheers,
    Russ

I can relate to the frustration. I'd like to get a workout partner too, but until there's someone who's able, I'll just continue to motivate myself.

How long have you been training on your own? I've gone through all my local friends, and even the ones that don't understand the need and desire for bodybuilding. Sometimes, it's more about the acceptance than anything else.

I'm down in Hamden. About 45 minutes according to google maps.

Plus, most of my training right now is endurance oriented - lots of biking/running. I'd love to have someone to partner up with for that so I feel your pain. That trail is starting to get awfully lonely!
