Right now it is 15 degrees below zero Fahrenheit. Friday night it was -25; those are ambient, not wind chill. Wind chill hit a -45. We're looking for a great warm up; it's supposed to be 25 above by Wednesday.

We fell below zero here in Wichita... first time it has been this cold since 1991. Fortunately the chinook winds will arrive tomorrow and it will get up to 45. Only about 25 today.

Only 11 below zero right now, but going to get up to 10 above today. Sad when we're happy about maybe hitting 30 above next week.

It is so cold, the cats dragged a small teddy bear in front of their kittie door to keep the cold out. I had no idea they could think to do that. They really had to work to get the bear over there, too. So this was purposeful.
