Just had a BBQ lunch; but it's not Winter down here in Oz. We had Kangaroo, Crocodile tail, Lamb chops, steak parcels, marinated overnight in a good red wine and a few herbs, bangers, homemade hamburgers, and lost of onion. I did some garlic paws too.

No, not here. Who wants to wait all day for food to cook? The grill is put away until spring. But beer chicken is the best and takes exactly 1 hour to cook on a gas grill in warm weather. I also like grilling brats and burgers.

It's crazy i know, but an open flame over peoples heads can be rather scary in the wrong hands..I'm very careful though...

Yummy, yummy, Kangaroo is a common thing in the butchers now days, it's so low in fat and high in protein too, crock tail is just so tender; yummy.

Char lines, sweetie, char lines. And if they're done properly they're just there to be slightly darker than the rest of the meat... they shouldn't ever be thick black.

I have a coworker who insists on making black lines on chicken... and then she has to toss her product because no one eats them.

I love to BBQ. I get stoked about marinating 1 or 2 days prior more so than the grilling. I just love the process beforehand (weird)

Hank Hill is my mortal enemy, I loved the episodes where he wasn't allowed to cook with propane. icon_razz.gif
