I recently felt like I hit the wall in gains/improvement.

What I started about five weeks ago was to simply change my attitude in my workout from "A good hard workout" to "rep to failure." Although I didn't think there was that much difference in what I was doing, I've actually noticed an almost 2 lb+ increase without an increase in waist size.

Anyone else with a similar (though not necessarily the same) improvements from a small change?

On a side note, when I'm through with this cycle, I plan on starting the 12 week Muscle Building program, which I was going to start this week until I realized the gains I just made.

I was doing a lot of long run spurts in my cardio for a few weeks and I have never broken a sweat more than when I switched back to 2m/2m interval run/walk. It was refreshing to feel so tired again icon_biggrin.gif.
