Usually I shave my head too. On those rare moments when I want to grow out my hair and I need a shape up it cost's no more than 20 bucks, including a 5 dollar tip.

Remington Shortcut Clipper or now the Conair Cleanhead Groomer. A tight buzzcut is easy to do yourself. Hair is over rated past the age of about 16.

    zero.

My ex is a stylist...he cuts my hair for free
I have another ex who does my taxes.
And yet another is a massage therapist.....so those are taken care of..

    Moral of the story----

Stay on good terms with your exes. icon_biggrin.gif

Usually zero...as I often cut my own hair.

When pay to have it cut...no more than $15-$16.

In the last 5 years, I have only found one place that did a great job cutting my hair. It was cheap ($8+tip) and fast. I moved a few years ago and have not been able to find a place that does not fuck my hair upicon_evil.gif

$13 plus a $3 to $5 tip depending on how happy I am with it, since everytime I go, there is a different cutter that does my hair.

$10 and is a male only chain of salons called "The Barbershop" and includes a massage. Your own TV at each chair, too, and free peanuts, water, and coffee . They do the best and are cheaper than Cost Cutters or Sports Clips etc. It's the most popular male hair cutting salon in the Valley. If women want there hair cut there it is $250 lol So no women go there. icon_smile.gif

Fourteen bucks at my neighborhood barber shop but I give him twenty. After many years, I figured out that barbers know best how to cut a man's hair, especially when it's started to go south. Best of all, he trims my ears, nose, eyebrows and neck. This stuff gets important with age...

I think it's $15, but they're so quick and consistent, I give them $20 and call it a day.

My Hair Cuttery is a step above.

30€ (43$ if I convert). I go to a "french haute coiffure" hair salon (kind of like haute couture for hair lol). This hairstylist won like hairdressing awards, and actually if you get an appointment with him, it gets more expensive (40€, 58$).
Tip's included I guess. Well we have so many taxes in france that we never tip, so ...

I don't hesitate to pay a lot for my hair because I think it's very important, but I don't think it's THAT expensive cause I'm a guy. In this salon, for a woman, it's like 80-110$ for a cut and if you do like the color and everything, it would be like more than 300$. Indeed, it's crazy.
